	Public Port Facilities Charges Reduction/Exemption significantly 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 reduces the annual expense.

　 ●　The least expensive Harbor Fees in Japan
　 ●　The least expensive Public Port Facilities Charges in total compared to the 5 major
　　 ports in Japan
　

Harbor Fees	50 % off (2yen/ton→ 1yen/ton)
Wharfage	50 % off the excess when the total is over 30,000 tons. 　 (8.2yen/ton→ 4.1yen/ton)
Wharfage	20 % off when the usage time is from 2 hours to less than 8 hours. 　 (8.2yen/ton→ 6.5yen/ton)
Charge for the use of Gantry Cranes	5 % off if the number of handling containers is over 500. 　 (76,220yen/hour→ 72,409yen/hour)
Charge for the use of Gantry Cranes	20 % off when using the cranes at Sodeshi Wharf 1 or 2 　 (76,220yen/hour→ 60,976yen/hour)
